Commercial Truck Wash
Our client was looking to expand their existing car wash operations requiring a new metal building expansion.

We were hired as the general contractor for the operation expansion, supply and installation of the following items.

- Excavation and grading of existing site
- Pulling additional site services for the new facility
- Supply and installation steel building with elevated platforms for washing large truck, trailers and heavy equipment
- Installation of 14' x 14' all glass overhead door for natural lighting into bays
- Deep concrete debris retention with easy clean grates
- Hotsy - hot high pressure system for each wash bay
- Structurally framed dividers between bays with metal liner panel on all walls to ceiling height
- Hi flow, hi capacity unit heaters to overcome cold air infiltration at below freezing temperatures
- Grading and drainage
- Asphalt, parking lot painting and bollard installation

Our client required the addition to be added that matched the existing plus provided upgraded services to the expansion. We where able to provide this for our client as they continued to operate.
