Enclosed Riding Arena

Large high end custom riding arena with interior tack room and living quarters.
Our client breed and trained high end equestrian horses, in doing so required a facility they could operate year round.

We were contracted to create a private facility that would showcase their horses and represent the quality they produced.
In creating this facility the owner had a number of custom requirements which were implemented within the building.

The project scope included the following

- Excavation and grading of existing site
- Pulling additional site services for the new facility
- Supply and installation of the metal building
- Installation of large windows for natural lighting
- Supply and install LED lighting for shadow reduction during training
- Overhead fan system for air movement and cooling
- Overhead watering system required for clients special arena footing
- Custom FRP kick walls to orientate hoses from super structure
- Extruded plastic panels on remaining walls and ceiling for ease of cleaning and maximum light reflection
- 800 sq. ft. Upper mezzanine for arena view room
- interior tack stalls adjacent to arena with wash bay
- 1,000 sq. ft. living quarter with interior finishing
- Timber frame front entrance
- River rock cultured stone exterior finish
- Hardy plank concrete siding
- Finished landscaping

Our goal was to provide the optimum training facility our client required.
The client received a building that suited their operational needs allowing the trainer to live onsite and provide a facility with temperature controls for year round training.
