Custom Residence - Steel Building

We were contracted for an in fill project to build a special house uniquely created for the client.

Our client worked with an Architect to create their dream house on a pie shape lot with various aspects around their lifestyle and personalities. The project required a contractor that was versed in both residential and steel structures in order to manage the project in its entirety.

The project included the following

- Demolition of existing house on the property
- Working within a Cul De Sac with minimal affect on neighbours
- Excavation and ground work on location, the house was designed with maximum use of the lot thus providing minimum work area for equipment
- Pre-engineered steel framing
- Metal cladding exterior
- Custom cut and stained cedar plank exterior
- Polished concrete elevated second floor
- In floor heating
- Three person elevator
- Zen room
- Specialty fixtures and lighting
- Concrete sidewalk, patio and garden area

Our client had a number of unique and high end additions within their home.

In the end their architecturally designed home was complete and provided a beautiful showcase within the neighborhood.
